Hard work, perseverance and personal responsibility are traits that I firmly believe are worth having. As a young man, I opened my business at the age of 20. It was just me and a helper and with hard work, I grew to over 30 men. We specialize in painting, pressure washing, roof cleaning janitorial services and much more. My brother, Kevin and I have been serving Collier County for over 30 years. We put in long hours and respond to all of our clients personally. We founded Authentic Maintenance out of a pure passion for people. We are a full-service maintenance company specializing in Multi-Unit, Co-Op and Condo Communities. We presently run a 30-man crew serving all of Collier County for the past 20 years.
